It's a terrible thing to misunderstand written words, but it also happens very easily. So, here goes. :)
God
God is the transcendent Three-in-One, the Trinity, unified in purpose and will.
Immortal, invisible, God only wise.
The one true God.
The only God Who existed before the imagination of men.
Always has been, always will be.
His thoughts are as far above our thoughts as the furthest reaches of the universe are above the earth.
Jesus
God the Son.
A person of the Trinity.
Existed before time began.
Existed before the foundation of the world.
All things were created through Him and for Him.
He is the reason for everything.
He is the Saviour.
He died so that mankind might be reconciled to God.
So that the gap would be filled.
So that sin, Satan and death would be defeated forever and ever.
His promises do not fail.
His love does not fail.
His word does not fail.
His death was not in vain.
He accomplished His purpose.
He came to save, died in misery, and is exulted in glory as the victor.
He is more than a prophet.
He is more than a priest.
He is more than a teacher.
He is more than a king.
He is all of these, and more.
He is Lord.
Christian
A Christian is someone who puts their faith in Christ.
Who trusts the promises that He made.
Who clings to the cross as the only hope of salvation.
Who follows Christ no matter what the cost, because he loves Him.
Who despairs over their sin.
Who sins.
Who realizes that those sins are taken away.
Christ wears them.
He exchanged the Christian's sin for His own righteousness.
Someday, we'll stand before God and we won't be empty-handed.
We'll hold the righteousness of Christ, and therefore be proclaimed righteous.
A Christian realizes that there is no merit in themselves; the merit is all in Christ, and He has graciously redeemed us.
A Christian looks forward in hope.
A Christian trusts Jesus, and obeys Him, enduring any and all suffering for the sake of the glorious name of Jesus.
Bible
The Bible is the Word of God.
Breathed out by God; written through men.
Men were carried along by the Holy Spirit to write these words.
The Bible is inspired.
It is of great worth.
It points to Jesus.
It is the history of redemption, the tale of reconciliation and love, the record of God's astounding grace.
